Bereavement leave consists of up to 3 days, for specifics on bereavement leave please contact the people department.

The dental plan is offered separately from the medial plan.  All full time employees and their family members are eligible for the dental benefits. Coverage is 100%-80%-50% depending upon what treatment is provided; preventative, general maintenance, or prosthetic.  There is an individual deductible and a calendar year benefit maximum.  Orthodontics coverage has a separate deductible and benefits are paid at 50% with a maximum benefit level of $1000.

Salaried and full time hourly employees are eligible for up to $4,000 for job related courses, certification or tests, of which $1,000 can be used for any authorized curriculum, not to exceed $4,000 per prorated calendar year.

Offers access to a unique emergency medical and personal assistance program while traveling, 24 hours a day, 365 day a year.

Employees are compensated at the differential rate between jury pay and normal pay for partial week absences

The Company offers multiple medical tiers at various costs to the employee. The Company also offers an optional cash allotment to those who have other certified coverage.

  1. HSA Plan- $3,000 Individual, $6,000 Family DEDUCTABLE (DED) 70/30% COINSURANCE; 30% after DED Primary Care Physician (PCP)/ + Specialist (SPC)
  2. Base Plan- $229.00/paycheck $1,500 Individual, $4,500 Family DED; 70 / 30% COINS; $30 PCP / $70 SPC
  3. Premium Plan- $750 Individual, $1,500 Family DED; 80/20% COINS; $25 PCP/$60 SPC

Prescriptions coverage is included in our group health plan. The cost structure for our 3 tier plan on retail medications are $10/$45/$85. A mail-in program is also available with significant cost saving benefits to employees.


Medical Flexible Spending Account – Employee paid with pre-tax earnings. Up to $3,050 yearly contribution maximum. If elected, effective first of month following 60 days of employment. Each year you use it or lose it annually as per the IRS regulations


Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account – Employee paid with pre-tax earnings. Up to $5,000 yearly contribution maximum. If elected, effective first of month following 60 days of employment. Each year you use it or lose it annually as per the IRS regulations.


Health Savings Account – HSA When you elect the HSA Medical Plan you will receive money from the company. $600/year HSA for Employee only, $900/year HSA for Employee + Spouse and Employee + Children, $1,200/year for Employee + Family

Military leave of absence will be granted to employees who are absent from work because of service in the U.S. Uniformed Services in accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

Employees will receive sick time at the beginning of each year.  This will be prorated for new hires based on the amount of remaining periods left in the first year.

Personal Travel Planning- Craig Technologies offers travel planning services through our corporate travel coordinator.

OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE – Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and for their dependents.

SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY – This company-paid benefit, is available to employees. STD begins on the eighth day of illness or injury and continues for up to 13 weeks. The benefit is 60% of your base salary up to $1,400 per week and is paid directly to you on a weekly basis. LTD is available to employees. LTD begins on the 91st day of disability and covers 60% of your salary up to $6,000 per month.

ACCIDENT/CANCER – Employees may purchase individual Accident, Cancer, or Illness plans to bridge the gap between what disability pays and their full salary. Plans are customized for each employee and are portable upon termination.

PRE-PAID LEGAL AND ID THEFT PROTECTION PLANS – This employee-paid plan includes preventive legal services provided through a network of independent provider attorney law firms in each state and province, continuous credit monitoring, and identity restoration in the event of theft.

Vacation is an all-purpose time-off policy for eligible employees to use for vacation and any other personal business. The amount of Vacation an employee receives each year increases with the length of employment as shown in the following schedule:

Dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% of salary, and fifty cents to the dollar matched up to the next 2% of salary, with immediate vesting.  For more details, please contact our people department.

All full-time employees and their family members are eligible for the vision benefits. There is a $20 co-pay for services provided. This plan allows for a comprehensive eye exam every 12 months, new lenses every 12 months and new frames every 12 months.
